I ordered a rack via the store's WhatsApp, I was answered by Wandemberg. Wonderful service, the attendant was very kind and super responsive. In the store, when I picked up the product, I also received very good service. I quickly managed to withdraw the order. And, most importantly, the rack is beautiful and of great quality. Located in the neighborhood of Jordão, with quality materials and great service. Prices are affordable. For those who like handicrafts, there is a lot of product, for those who enjoy planting at home, the furniture is perfect for small spaces. I took advantage of the fact that the store is on sale and took some products.

Extremely upset because I contacted them via WhatsApp, I placed the entire order for a total of 790.00. And I would pay in 4 interest-free installments as was informed to me. I was going to use 2 credit cards but one with a limit of 247.00, just 3.00 less than the minimum and the rest on the other card and they refused to pay in installments. But guys, the total purchase price was 790.00, how can that be? I was embarrassed in the store because I had to reduce my purchase and pay on pix, I already had a rented car in front of the Jordão store to take the things, I suffered a loss because I got it right due to the number of items. I went in happy with the purchases I had already booked via WhatsApp and left crying because of the embarrassing situation.

I liked the product, it was what I expected. The price is great. What needs to improve is the customer experience. I asked on the day that ended the delivery period if it was ready and I didn't get an answer, only the next day. A message as soon as we pay, also via e-mail, for more peace of mind that the goods will be delivered. Another point to improve is in terms of frequently asked questions, I had a question that certainly crosses the minds of other customers, and I was under the impression that Dupallets avoids committing itself. I chose to pick up in Boa Vista, and wanted to know if the desk would fit in the car. No one wanted to answer yes or no, my husband went to get it and missed the trip because it didn't fit.
